Tiny Fondue


This treat is tiny in size, preparation time, and calories, but it’ll make you feel like you’re living large.  Wash and cut up some dip-able fruit, like strawberries, an apple, or a banana.  Throw a few squares of dark chocolate into a ramekin or small bowl.  (I like Divine’s fair trade 70% dark chocolate.)  Heat the chocolate in the microwave for about 25 to 30 seconds.  Use a fork or spoon to quickly stir the chocolate until it’s smooth.  Spear a piece of fruit, dip it into the chocolatey goodness, and enjoy!
